Where a product page shows a crossed-out "compare at" price, that figure is the manufacturer's suggested retail price or a price the item has previously been offered at. It is a reference price, not a claim that we sold at that price throughout the preceding period.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, and orders where fraudulent activity is suspected. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Payment and Currency

All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is charged at the time the order is placed. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may apply a foreign transaction fee that we neither control nor receive.

5. Shipping, Customs, and Returns

Shipping timelines and return eligibility are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Import duties. Some items ship from outside the destination country. Where import duties or taxes apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient unless we state otherwise at checkout. We declare all shipments accurately and will not mark a parcel as a gift or under-declare its value.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, where our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country or state of residence — if you are a consumer in the United States, you keep every right your state's consumer protection law gives you, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
