Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions. Please do not ship items back before contacting us — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — you do not need to return the item.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective: pierced jewelry and earrings, intimate apparel, swimwear, and any item marked Final Sale.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter fulfillment. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
